ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Genesee Land Trust’s riverside celebration, called Bridging Communities, took over Driving Park Bridge on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The event focused on celebrating the history, culture, natural beauty, and diverse communities of the Edgerton and El Camino neighborhoods.
Roc the Peace Festival encourages nonviolence through community
Instead of cars, the bridge was filled with circus performers, face painting, free Zumba classes, people enjoying free hot lunch, and more.
