ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — An area of Kelly Street and North Clinton Avenue has been blocked to traffic by the Rochester Police Department on Sunday night.
According to a News 8 photojournalist on scene, two RPD vehicles were seen blocking the road with caution tape near what appears to be a damaged motorcycle with debris in the road.o
