LE ROY, N.Y. — A LeRoy woman is facing charges after she allegedly struck a pedestrian while driving under the influence.
Margaret Vedder, a 36-year-old woman, faces five charges, which include reckless endangerment; vehicular assault: operating a motor vehicle while impaired, causing injury; and driving while intoxicated.
The crash happened around 10 p.m. Saturday on Linwood Road in LeRoy. Vedder was driving north when the pedestrian was struck, and the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said she was found to be intoxicated…
