Rochester, N.Y. — An arrest has been made in connection to a massive four-alarm fire in downtown Rochester last year.
28-year-old Omar Derow is accused of using an “open flame device” to purposely set fire to a three-story warehouse on Canal Street Nov. 18, 2024, ultimately causing its destruction.
