ROCHESTER, N.Y. β RG&E customers who use auto-pay should check their statements closely as the utility continues to have issues with its new payment system.
The News10NBC Investigative Team discovered that RG&E ran into an issue last month when its new system failed to deduct customer payments on-time and then tried penalizing impacted customers with a late fee. The problems persist this month too.
