ROCHESTER, N.Y. – It’s that time of the year in Rochester. The Roc Summer Soul Music Festival will kick off Saturday at Innovative Field.
More than a dozen hip hop, soul, and jazz artists are set to perform, with music starting at 2 p.m. R&B legend Jeffrey Osborne is headlining the event. Here’s the rest of Saturday’ lineup:
