Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Captain Frank Umbrino of the Rochester Police Department said a woman filed a missing person’s report Sunday for her boyfriend, 28-year-old Luis Leon of Rochester, claiming she last saw him the day before.
“Information was developed, indicating suspicious and possible extenuating circumstances surrounding his disappearance,” Umbrino said.
