Police: Rochester man tied up victims in Redondo Beach home invasion before arrest

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A Rochester man faced charges for a burglary in California. Police said he tied up the victims with zip ties.

Jesus Velez from Rochester and Draven Luna from Queens broke into a Redondo Beach home early on Jan. 24, police said. Velez and Luna tied up the homeowners and ran away just moments before officers arrived, officials said.

Officers chased them down and arrested them. The victims had minor injuries…
