Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A nurse accused of abusing a 6-year-old boy with special needs in incidents captured on home surveillance video in Penfield took the stand Wednesday as testimony wrapped up in her trial.
Nicole Guilds was hired in January 2023 as a home health care nurse for the boy, who is nonverbal and has health issues including cerebral palsy and chronic respiratory failure.
