ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two men charged in a deadly mass shooting at an Airbnb on Rochester’s east side over two years ago are due in court on Thursday morning.
The shooting at the home on Illinois Street off East Main Street left 24-year-old Jahkeem Douglas dead and four people wounded. Martin Gibson, who was among the wounded, faces murder and weapons charges. Davonte Lippens was also arrested in the shooting, facing assault and weapons charges.
Rochester Police announced the charges last December. Investigators said they’ve been gathering evidence since the Dec. 13, 2022 shooting. Police say the house was rented to film a music video and between 20 and 30 people were inside when the shooting broke out…
