Troopers in Ellenville responded Wednesday evening to a medical emergency in Rochester.
Around 8:15 p.m., State Police were called to Ridgeview Road after a 17-year-old was found unconscious in a large tank of water, known as a Mikvah, which is “a Jewish ritual bath for spiritual purification, using waters from a natural source like rain or a spring.”
