Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester VegFest returned to Parcel 5 on Sunday for a full day of celebrating plant-based lifestyles, showcasing the best in vegan food, ethical living, and sustainable practices.
This free outdoor festival featured a lively mix of food and retail vendors, engaging speakers, cooking demonstrations, live music, family-friendly activities, and community resources.
“Twenty years ago, there was no such thing as a vegan restaurant in most cities,” said Evan Drahzal of Rochester. “Now, even in places like Penn Yan, there’s Moon Shadow Kitchen. “So, you know, there’s options everywhere.”…
