ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Multiple first responders were at the scene of a crash on the NYS Thruway on Thursday.
At least two cars appeared to have been involved. Both vehicles, which had at least one person in each, were found off the road and upside down.
The Victor Fire Department says the people in both cars were extricated. It has not been confirmed what their current condition is…
