After more than four decades in the retail industry — and 32 years leading Eastview Mall — General Manager Mike Kauffman is retiring.
Kauffman’s last day was marked with heartfelt congratulations from staff, shoppers, and storeowners who’ve come to know him as the steady hand behind one of Western New York’s most successful shopping centers.
He first took the reins at Eastview in 1993 and has since overseen two major expansions, seven department store additions, and countless upgrades and renovations.
