Rochester woman charged with bail jumping in Waterloo

A bench warrant arrest in downtown Waterloo ended with a Rochester woman facing new charges for skipping court dates.

Police say they took 29-year-old Marissa M. Gallia into custody around noon on August 30. She was wanted for failing to appear on original charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and conspiracy in the sixth degree.

Gallia now also faces a charge of bail jumping in the third degree due to her continued failure to show up for court. Officers transported her to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment…
