Geneva man charged after armed disturbance at Canandaigua restaurant

A Geneva man is facing felony charges after police say he caused a disturbance outside a Canandaigua restaurant.

Demetrious J. Seymore, 24, was arrested around 1:26 p.m. on August 31 following a report of an incident at Jose and Willy’s. According to police, Seymore climbed onto the hood of a car occupied by another person, pulled out a knife, and began kicking the vehicle’s windshield.

He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing. Seymore was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment…
