Payroll issues continue for RCSD as some employees still remain unpaid

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — After two months of payroll issues within the Rochester City School District, the district says paychecks have been issued to over 5,800 employees, but some still haven’t been paid.

Problems began when some staff within the district were not getting paid due to a transition to a new financial software called Oracle. Nearly 1,000 teachers, paraprofessionals, and teaching aides have been affected.
