A tragic two-vehicle accident occurred this afternoon on Interstate 90 in Girard Township, resulting in the death of a 73-year-old man from Brecksville, Pennsylvania. According to state troopers, Harry Anderson was driving westbound in a Honda Accord when, for reasons that remain unknown, his vehicle veered into the median. The car rolled over, became airborne, and collided with an eastbound Subaru Forester.
Both vehicles came to rest on the eastbound shoulder of Interstate 90. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple blunt force trauma suffered in the crash. He was using a lap and shoulder belt.
The driver of the Subaru Forester, identified as 61-year-old Diane Slusarski-Malkusak from Henrietta, New York, sustained only minor injuries. She was transported to UPMC Hamot for treatment…
