Man, teenager face weapon charges after Greece argument

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man and a 17-year-old girl were charged after a gun was displayed during an argument in Greece.

On Saturday, September 6, officers said 18-year-old Tazmier Harvard displayed a handgun during an argument on Greece Center Drive.

As police were detaining Harvard, a 17-year-old girl allegedly snatched the gun and tried running. She was also arrested, and the gun was recovered.

Harvard was charged with second-degree menacing, false personation, criminal sale of a firearm to a minor, and criminal possession of a firearm. He was taken to the Monroe County Jail…
