ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Monroe County Executive Adam Bello has filed a formal complaint against a Rochester City Court judge who he believes is becoming a danger to the community.
“We have a judge who people are coming in front of him who are alleged to be committing offenses related to guns and drugs and he is just sending them back out into the community to terrorize these communities,” Bello tells News10NBC Investigative Reporter Jennifer Lewke in an exclusive interview.
