Rochester Police Accountability Board reveals findings on RPD’s 911 response times in latest oversight investigation

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Police Accountability Board (PAB) Wednesday hosted a community listening session to discuss findings from its latest oversight investigation into the Rochester Police Department’s (RPD) 911 response times.

The report analyzed call data from Monroe County’s Emergency Communications Department, revealing patterns in delays, priorities, and geographic disparities. The board identified six findings.
