ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man pleaded guilty Wednesday to first-degree manslaughter in connection with the 2021 shooting death of Sean Semprie, according to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said 34-year-old Jose Acevedo shot Semprie outside the Black Bear Pub on West Ridge Road on Nov. 13, 2021, following an argument inside the bar.
