ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man driving a scooter was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle at Clifford and North Clinton avenues Sunday morning.
According to Rochester Police, a Chevrolet Cruz was heading west on Clifford Avenue and had a green light at the intersection with North Clinton. Police said a 48-year-old man riding a scooter in the northbound lane of North Clinton Avenue went into the intersection with a red light, and the two hit.
The scooter operator was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for minor, non-life-threatening injuries to the lower body. The driver was not injured…
