ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — As of 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, nearly 8,700 RG&E customers were without power. Ontario County was hardest hit, with 7,637 outages: including 4,927 in Farmington and 2,229 in Victor. In Wayne County, 1,009 customers were without power in Macedon.
