Man convicted of fatal shooting after bar fight on Thurston Rd.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was convicted of murder after a deadly shooting on Thurston Road earlier this year.

A jury convicted Malcolm Bryant, 51, of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon for his involvement in the deadly shooting of 48-year-old Robert Prescott.

Last February, Prescott was found with at least one gunshot wound at a parking lot on Thurston Road near West Sawyer Place. He had been taken to the hospital, but he died from his injuries…
