ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — New York State Police will provide an update on a 2011 cold case on Wednesday afternoon.
Little is known about which case this is, but troopers said they will reveal the identification of human remains. They will be joined by Steuben County DA Brooks Baker.
