ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Boscov’s is preparing to open its first store in Western New York later this month at The Mall at Greece Ridge. The 175,000-square-foot store will be the company’s 51st location.
“About 45 trucks have been unloaded so far. That’s about half of what we need. We’ve got a lot of merchandise. The most exciting thing though — we’ve got people. We’ve got great people,” said Jim Boscov, CEO of Boscov’s.
Hiring continues and Boscov expects to have 160 to 200 employees when the doors open…
