ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police officers surrounded a house on West Avenue near Ames Street for nearly five hours over the report of a man with a gun getting into an argument.
Officers arrived at the scene around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday and didn’t leave until 4:15 the next morning. RPD says the situation ended peacefully and with no arrests.
