ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Multiple residents were displaced after a fire at an apartment building on Lake Avenue.
Firefighters arrived at the building at 12:31 a.m. Thursday, and saw heavy fire coming from it. A second alarm was called due to the size and reports of someone being trapped.
