‘The problem is getting worse’: Police chief notices rise in number of repeat offenders, calls for change

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WROC) — Investigators in Ontario County say over the span of a week, O’Neil Lollis of Canandaigua was arrested five times on charges stemming from five different incidents.

The City of Canandaigua Police Chief Matthew Nielsen explained that most of the charges against Lollis are considered minor offenses including trespassing, harassment or making threats of physical harm to others.
