VICTOR, N.Y. – A Rochester man was charged Saturday evening with aggravated DWI in the town of Victor.
Ontario County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kurt Schultz Jr. after receiving multiple reports of a sick or intoxicated driver traveling east on State Route 251.
