MCSO: Driver arrested for DWI after Fairport Road crash

EAST ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Fairport Road has reopened after a two-car crash Wednesday evening.

The crash happened around 7:45 p.m. on Fairport road near Roosevelt Road. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office now says the road has reopened and the driver of one of the vehicles has been arrested for driving while intoxicated.

That driver was sent to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
