ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — More than a dozen puppies are recovering after first responders responded to a house fire on Home Place Thursday afternoon.
According to Rochester Fire Department Public Information Officer Jackie Sierra, firefighters arrived to the scene just before 1:30 p.m.
