ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A stolen car chase through Rochester led to the arrest of 18-year-old Javionte Webb and two 15-year-olds. The trio was accused of leading Greece and Rochester police on a 13-minute chase.
The chase started in the area of Latta Road and Island Cottage Road in Greece and ended on Frost Avenue in Rochester. Greece police said the three abandoned a stolen Kia and attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended with the help of Rochester Police and New York State Police.
