SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The man accused of killing his 11-year-old son and girlfriend from Rochester was offered a plea deal Monday.
News10NBC’s NBC affiliate in Syracuse reports prosecutors offered David Huff a disposition of murder in the second degree, which would be two sentences of 20 years to life in prison to run consecutively.
