ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 19-year-old is facing charges after Rochester Police say she shot a 17-year-old on Shelter Street at the beginning of October.
On Oct. 5, police say they found a 17-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to her lower body on Shelter Street. The 17-year-old was brought to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
