ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Wegmans and PrimeTime585 teamed up Friday afternoon to host a shoe giveaway in Rochester on Upper Falls Boulevard.
This is the third time the shoe giveaway has been held. Those at Primetime585 say new and gently used sneakers were given away across 17 local Wegmans stores, with over 350 pairs being given out just this week.
Kids got to go shopping for their new shoes, with a bag and a snack when they got there. Today is the last day the shoes will be handed out personally; the remaining 700 pairs will be dropped off at Wegmans locations…
