Man critically injured in stabbing on Reynolds Street; Person of interest in custody

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is hospitalized in critical but stable condition after he was stabbed on Thursday on the city’s southwest side.

Rochester Police say they took a person of interest into custody at the scene, but officers are still working to determine what led up to the stabbing.

RPD arrived around 1:30 a.m. after getting a report of a disturbance at a home on Reynolds Street and Columbia Avenue. That’s where they found the victim in his 20s, stabbed in the upper body…
