ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Town of Irondequoit has officially revoked the occupancy permit for Lush Swigs Lounge on East Ridge Road, following a homicide investigation and multiple code violations.
According to a letter from the town’s Office of the Fire Marshal dated Oct. 28, the occupancy permit for Lush Swigs, previously known as Lush Resto Lounge, was revoked effective immediately after investigators discovered the business had been operating without a valid New York State liquor license while serving alcohol.

Town officials said the permit “was issued in conflict with the requirements of any applicable law, code, ordinance, policy, procedure, rule or regulation and, accordingly, should not have been issued.”
