A Rochester woman is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly using another person’s identity following a shoplifting arrest earlier this month, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Crystal Rosio Mendoza Paulin, 32, of Vick Park in Rochester, was arrested on October 30 at the Sheriff’s Office Substation in Eastview Mall. She turned herself in after an investigation linked her to identity theft and other crimes stemming from an earlier larceny incident.
