ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Two men have been arrested related to a shooting that wounded a 1-year-old and woman in her 30s on Westmoreland Drive in September.
It happened on Sept. 3 on Westmoreland Drive in a neighborhood off Mount Hope Avenue. Rochester Police say two kids were in a bedroom, when it is believed one of the kids unintentionally discharged a shotgun that was under the bed, shooting the 1-year-old and woman.
