Greece woman with 31 prior convictions arrested for $1.2k Boscov’s theft

GREECE, N.Y. (WROC) — A Greece woman has been arrested and charged after police say she stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the newly opened Boscov’s at the Mall at Greece Ridge.

According to the Greece Police Department, officers responded to the store around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 for a reported theft. Investigators say loss prevention staff and responding officers determined that merchandise valued at about $1,200 had been stolen.

Police identified the suspect as 56-year-old Davonna M. Williams of Greece. Officers later located her at her home, where she was taken into custody without incident…
