ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The man accused of a deadly double shooting outside a North Goodman Street bar in 2024 has pleaded guilty in court.
Prosecutors say 42-year-old Hector Ramos-Diaz took a plea deal Friday, admitting to two counts of first-degree manslaughter. The counts will run concurrently. He is scheduled to be sentenced January 30 at 9:30 a.m., where he faces 25 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision. Ramos-Diaz remains held without bail until sentencing.
