Rochester mother pleads for help in finding missing son

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester mother is desperate for answers after her 26-year-old son disappeared nearly a week ago. According to police, Jaquan McCoggle was last seen leaving his family’s home on Brown Street around 11:23 p.m. on Nov. 5.

Home security video shows Jaquan walking down the driveway that night, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, white and blue striped shorts, black socks, Champion slides and a black head wrap.

“I got up [at] like 5 in the morning to go in and check on him, and he wasn’t in his room. So then I went back and watched the cameras and saw that he left,” said his mother, Denise McMillan. “The camera cut off before I could see which way he turned, but my neighbor’s son said he saw him walk toward Jefferson Avenue.”…
