RPD: Rochester man arrested for carrying ‘ghost gun’ on Driving Park

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man was arrested on Driving Park during a traffic stop, after it was discovered he had a gun in his pocket.

At around 4:40 p.m. on November 11, Rochester Police stopped a Kia in the 300 block of Driving Park for violating traffic laws.

During the stop, officers learned that the passenger had a handgun in his pocket. A loaded 9mm “Ghost Gun” with 26 rounds was recovered from the pants pocket of 22-year-old Dayveion Haygood, according to RPD.

Haygood was arrested and taken to Monroe County Jail, and is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degree…
