ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Brighton police are investigating the death of a Rochester man found unresponsive Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched just before 4:30 p.m. to the area of Elmwood Avenue and Lac De Ville Boulevard, where they discovered 25-year-old Jordan Burroughs, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
