Rochester, N.Y. — More than 35 years after he killed a 15-year-old classmate and the 17-month-old boy she was babysitting in Wayne County, Chad Campbell is set to be released from prison.
The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision confirmed Monday that Campbell was granted a release date of March 12 or earlier.
