ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man who lured a 13-year-old to a hotel, gave the child alcohol and marijuana, and engaged in sexual acts was sentenced Monday to 12 years in federal prison, according to the United States Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said that in January 2024, 31-year-old Jonathan Woody communicated with the child through social media and texts before arranging transportation to a hotel in Greece.
