A Rochester man was arrested Monday afternoon on a warrant stemming from a domestic dispute earlier this year in Ontario County.
Deputies took 26-year-old Jahmir Keiston Dwyane Powell into custody at 62 Prospect Street in the city of Rochester around 1:49 p.m. on November 25. According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the warrant was issued by Farmington Town Court following an investigation into an incident on May 30 involving Powell and a female victim.
