ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC was at a police scene on North Street near Roycroft Drive Monday morning, around 11:30 a.m.
Information is currently limited, but our photojournalist saw RPD patrol cars and an AMR ambulance at the scene. Police were around a yellow van and a pickup truck, both with front-end damage.
